Hi,

I'm getting to where I need to go harvest underwater.
How do underwater bases work? Or do they?
I know construction is not air tight so it's all using oxygen.
Can you fast travel to a bed under water?
Does scuba gear need to reach the air to refill or just me.
Will a preserver work underwater, I'm assuming fridges don't?

Please help.
